The Chic Downtown Suite: Luxury near Burj Khalifa

Perfect Positive: Location, facility and staff. The location was perfect, the apartment is very elegant and beautiful with great pool view to Burj Khalifa, personal parking lot, and finally Faiz was great, he helped with everything we need. Negative: Nothing

Highly recommend! Positive: The apartment is super clean, the facilities are awesome. Our 10 y.o. son enjoyed the play station a lot. Sofa-bed is big and comfy. And master bedroom is also comfortable and beautiful. There is a pool in the building and a gym. The host was very kind and nice. Bath is very big. Kitchen is full of stuff. It was a perfect stay. Thank you very much! I'd specially recommend it for families with teenage kids. Negative: The only thing that was not perfect is water pressure in the shower.

Positive: It was simply fantastic. The apartment was perfect, with every comfort, and the location was perfect and very central. The view was spectacular. I truly felt at home. Faiz was impeccable, a wonderful person who was available to answer any of my questions. I was truly delighted to meet someone like him. We'll definitely see each other again soon. Faiz you'are amazing, the apartment are beautiful, and my experience was wonderful , thank's for all. Negative: all was simply perfect.

A great place for a short trip to Dubai — and not only short ones! Positive: Comfort, cleanliness, a perfect mattress, a huge bathroom, and all the amenities — just super! Many thanks to dear Faiz, who waited for me at the place for 3 hours (my flight was delayed, and baggage claim took forever). Perfect service, thank you so much for your care and help! The location is fantastic! I came for a concert at the Dubai Opera — it’s just a few minutes’ walk away, as is the mall. Cafés, shops, museums — everything is close by. A special wow for the view from the window and the chance to swim in the cool outdoor pool on the third floor of the building. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back here again!
